sozyme wasusedasamodelofprotein.ToenhancethesensitivityofthisQCMbiosensor,biocatalytic
precipitation (BCP)reactioncombinedwithstrand-scissioncycleandrollingcircleamplification (RCA)
wereappliedtogetherforthe first time.Asaresultofthemulti-signalamplification inthisaptasensor,
the detectionlimitforlysozymewasdownto0.3fM.Whatismore,thisamplified QCMbiosensoralso
showedgoodselectivityandpracticalusageinhumanserum.
